We’re looking for a Senior Director of Studios, to be a leader of and champion for, Flutter Studios.

This role will support the growth of the Flutters Studios’ portfolio of online casino games; by consistently developing and delivering the most successful and profitable mix of high-quality games content to our brand partners operating globally across multiple brands & markets.

Working with senior Flutter Casino brand stakeholders to grow Flutter Studios’ portfolio as a category by developing and iterating an always evolving, compelling portfolio of games aligned with the brands content strategies.

Owning responsibly for commercials, negotiation and ongoing management of budgets for external game dev vendors. Leading combined teams of over 150 people across several casino game studios globally.
  

What you’ll do  

• Develop Flutter Studios’ game strategy and roadmap – shaping the production of games in all markets we operate, fully certified and in accordance with the regulations of each market.
• Lead and bring together a team of experienced Studio leads to develop an overarching content strategy and portfolio that is greater than the sum of its parts.
• Working closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure that the games we build deliver the maximum value to Flutter Casino brands.
• Ensure Flutter Studios games are best in class in quality and innovation, aligned to the consumer preferences of each of our primary target markets, and aligned to the content strategy priorities of each Flutter casino brand globally.
• Identifying and staying abreast of the competitive dynamics and the top features/ trends of the top performing games in real money casino, but also in other verticals e.g. social gaming/ skill games/ lotteries etc.
• Manage external vendor studios including cost, terms, and commercial negotiations of game development contracts – responsible for a significantly material budget annually.
• Implement a robust process for tracking key performance indicators so every game concept will be evaluated objectively as to its contribution to overall portfolio performance, while providing insights for future game development.
• Contribute to and play a leadership role in the development and ongoing iteration of the strategic priorities and implementation plans for Flutter Studios Platform (FSP).
    

What you’ll bring

• Extensive experience in Leader of Leader (Senior Management) roles, managing casino, betting, gambling, or other relevant businesses. This should include studios or product functions. 
• Ability to effectively manage resources to deliver a rolling roadmap of engaging games, while working directly with partners and collaborators to achieve shared goals.
• Demonstratable track record of driving commercial performance. 
• Proven ability to drive product development, generate new ideas and lead innovation.
• Experience working with technology teams spread geographically.  
• You will exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills with a style that can flex according to the size and seniority of the audience. Ability to build relationships and achieve consensus from leaders, peers, and audiences on a global level.
• You are a motivated and energised leader, who empowers and influences people to deliver results. A strategic problem solver with the ability to develop and iterate strategy, while translating strategy into practical outcomes and key results.
