Senior Director of SAP

POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Director of SAP is accountable for the strategic leadership, architectural alignment, and business value realization of the enterprise SAP S/4HANA platform. This role owns the end‑to‑end SAP application lifecycle, ensuring long‑term platform evolution through standardization, data‑driven decision-making, and Agile delivery practices. The position serves as the enterprise product owner for SAP, driving measurable business outcomes including revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational efficiency.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the SAP S/4HANA platform roadmap, including alignment to RISE with SAP and long‑term architectural direction.
  • Translate enterprise and business strategies into SAP‑enabled capabilities across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Order‑to‑Cash.
  • Represent the SAP platform within enterprise architecture governance and ensure alignment to enterprise principles and SAP best practices.
  • Partner with data and analytics teams to ensure SAP data models and integrations enable trusted reporting, analytics, and planning.
  • Lead SAP run, enhance, and optimize operating models across the Center of Excellence and AMS partners, promoting Agile, product‑centric delivery.
  • Prioritize SAP investments based on measurable business outcomes and value realization.
  • Own SAP vendor relationships and manage operating and capital budgets with cost transparency and value‑based decision making.
  • Lead, develop, and coach senior SAP platform talent.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 15+ years of progressive SAP ERP leadership experience.
  • Experience leading multiple full‑lifecycle SAP implementations, including SAP S/4HANA.
  • Demonstrated experience governing enterprise-scale SAP environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, SAP BTP, and enterprise integrations.
  • Ability to align IT, data, and business strategy at executive levels.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative leadership skills.
  • Experience driving platform standardization, simplification, and optimization.
  • Ability to manage complex vendor ecosystems and large technology investments.

This range represents the low and high ends of the Agiliti pay range for this position. This base pay range information is based on the market locations shown. For sales positions, this range combines the base salary and the target incentive pay. The actual pay offered may vary depending on several factors including geographic location, experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and related factors.
