Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Senior Director of Operations to join our Warehouse & Logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and operational performance of all sites across the United Kingdom and Ireland, driving multi-site excellence and ensuring seamless service delivery for our regional customer base. This is a high-growth, transformation-focused role that will provide critical oversight as we execute our strategic plans to expand operations into Europe.

You will join a high-impact leadership team dedicated to bridging the gap between high-level strategy and local execution to improve margins and safety standards across the territory.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all operational sites across the United Kingdom and Ireland, while spearheading the operational roadmap for expansion into the European market.

  • Manage critical external customer relationships and internal stakeholder engagement, collaborating with sales and implementation teams to ensure a high-quality, seamless customer experience across all regional locations.

  • Lead the implementation of Operational Excellence procedures and strictly ensure that all United Kingdom and Ireland sites adhere to Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) regulations to promote a safe and compliant workplace culture.

What You’ll Bring

  • Substantial experience in supply chain operations and logistics, specifically within large-scale, multi-site warehouse management.

  • An entrepreneurial approach characterized by innovation and creative thinking to drive business transformation and identify new growth opportunities.

  • Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementations and a deep understanding of cost drivers within the supply chain.
