We are looking for a senior marketing leader on a VP trajectory to own the full growth lifecycle, establish our AI-first market position, and build the operating system for sustainable, compounding revenue.

What you will be doing:
You'll serve as the architect of Alignable's full-funnel growth engine—from first touch to lifelong member value—while owning the evolution of our AI-driven retention, expansion, and brand narrative.
You'll sit at the intersection of:
- Lifecycle & Growth Marketing
- AI Product-Led Growth
- Retention & Monetization
You'll have the mandate, autonomy, and executive visibility to build what doesn't yet exist—not simply optimize what already does. This role is designed to grow into VP of Marketing as the business scales. You will oversee the above teams and report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.
What you will own:
1) Full-Funnel Growth & Lifecycle Architecture:
You will design and operate the end-to-end system that moves members through:
- Acquisition → Activation → Value Realization → Retention → Expansion → Advocacy
- Trial → Paid Conversion → Multi-Product Adoption → Long-Term Network ROI
This includes:
- Building lifecycle strategy across product, email, in-app, AI, and community touchpoints
- Owning conversion optimization from free to paid, and from paid to higher tiers
- Defining retention strategy driven by real business outcomes—not vanity metrics
2) AI-Led Growth & Retention (AI Networking Coach Ownership):
You will be the business owner of the AI Coach experience, not just a contributor.
This means:
- Directing the evolution of AI agent workflows, prompts, and behavioral design
- Turning conversation data into monetization, retention, and expansion leverage
- Building AI-driven onboarding, activation, and habit-formation systems
- Defining how AI becomes a core revenue and retention engine, not a novelty feature
- You'll collaborate deeply with Product, Engineering, Data, and Customer Success
3) Experimentation, Growth Velocity & Operating Rigor:
You'll set the standard for fast experimentation, data-backed iteration, disciplined prioritization, and cross-functional execution.
This includes:
- Owning the KPI framework across acquisition, activation, retention, LTV, and monetization
- Standing up experimentation systems that compound learning
- Turning ambiguity into executable roadmaps
- Operating with the urgency and discipline of a startup founder inside a scaled platform
