Hybrid Working: Team members are expected to come into the Alpharetta office as needed, based on business requirements and team collaboration needs. There is no fixed minimum number of in-office days; instead, attendance will be determined by project demands, meetings, and manager guidance. Any changes to your primary work location should follow the appropriate process as outlined in our handbook.
What You'll Do:
As the Sr. Director of FP&A, Sales Finance you will serve as a strategic business partner to our Chief Revenue Officer and drive financial excellence across our sales organization. Reporting directly to the SVP of FP&A, you'll lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering critical insights that fuel growth, optimize performance, and shape strategic decisions.
In this pivotal role, you'll be at the intersection of finance and revenue generation—translating complex data into actionable intelligence, building sophisticated financial models to support pricing and sales activities, and creating decision tools that empower leadership to capitalize on market opportunities. You'll champion cross-functional collaboration, serving as a trusted advisor to sales leadership while maintaining deep expertise in our business model, competitive landscape, and evolving market dynamics.
Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Serve as a trusted financial advisor to the CRO, providing strategic insights and decision support to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Drive cross-functional ownership of financial systems to ensure compliance, accuracy, and integrity of revenue recognition processes.
O versee and optimize commission programs across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and transparency for stakeholders.
Lead annual and long-term planning, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes to deliver accurate, timely insights and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Partner across divisions and functional areas to provide decision support and help drive future growth through the creation of decision tools, models, presentations, and dashboards.
Maintain a thorough, up-to-date understanding of the business unit service offerings, along with competitive trends, landscapes, and market participants.
Assist in the proposal development process for new business opportunities or partnerships, including management of detailed financial models to support pricing.
Manage all sales related expenses including forecasting, planning, and monthly reporting ensuring alignment across all relevant stakeholders
Support M&A activities, including both the evaluation of prospective targets and post-merger integration.
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or Economics; MBA or CPA, preferred
10+ years of progressive professional experience demonstrating increasing responsibility, scope, and leadership across multiple Finance and/or FP&A functions
Financial Planning & Analysis experience growing through the ranks of FP&A to enhance support capabilities (predictive modeling, analytics, etc.)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce required
Experience with Workday is preferred
Skilled people leader with a passion for developing talent
Advanced financial modeling and quantitative skills with a passion for using data to drive better decision-making
Advanced skillset to identify efficiency opportunities and plan accordingly towards implementation
Ability to leverage CRM (Salesforce) to provide analytics support and metrics to further enable and support our sales team
Demonstrated experience with core accounting processes and general ledger interaction
Track record of delivering high quality financial analysis and reporting
Strong leadership, interpersonal and motivational skills
Ability to build high quality stakeholder relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
