Summary:
The Senior Director - Market Integration is responsible for leading IT strategies and operations to support seamless merger, acquisition, and divestiture (MA&D) activities in North America, with a strong focus on accountability, governance, and security for all acquired or divested infrastructure. This key position ensures operational continuity, and alignment with the strategic objectives of the Enterprise Infrastructure and Cloud team.

Skills, Education and Knowledge Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud management, network architecture, and distributed systems to support integration or divestiture.
Expertise in enterprise IT governance, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation during MA&D.
Governance and Security
Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks, security protocols, and regulatory standards (e.g., SOX compliance).
Ability to establish and enforce accountability measures for infrastructure management during MA&D.
Leadership and Communication
Strong leadership skills to guide teams through complex transitions and foster collaboration across stakeholders.
Effective communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders and align them with market integration goals.
Operational and Change Management
Expertise in operational continuity, disaster recovery, and resilience planning for IT infrastructure.
