Lead the integrated Market Access and Government Affairs team in APAC, serving as the strategic partner for business units, government stakeholders, healthcare providers, societies, payers and patients. Drive market access for innovative Edwards technologies and ensure effective healthcare policy engagement.
How you will make an impact:
Plan and deliver market access strategies to secure the value of Edwards innovation in our key markets across APAC.
Navigate and influence healthcare market access processes, engaging key opinion leaders and stakeholders to shape future policies.
Monitor changes in funding environments and provide expert guidance on reimbursement and business planning.
Position Edwards as a trusted partner to government and payer stakeholders by aligning company strategies with policy priorities and advocating effectively.
Develop and execute government affairs strategies aligned with business objectives and the external policy environment.
Lead engagement with industry associations to maintain strong representation and drive effective policy.
Effectively build internal understanding and alignment around key deliverables through strong collaboration and communication.
Represent the region in leadership forums, contributing to management reviews, strategy sessions, and organizational initiatives.
Lead country based public affairs teams to deliver on key priorities for the region.
What you will need:
Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field required; master’s degree or equivalent preferred.
Proven experience in reimbursement, health economics, or healthcare policy within a regulated industry.
Demonstrated success in securing reimbursement and funding for medical technologies.
Strong knowledge of epidemiology, clinical study design, and healthcare data analysis.
Deep understanding of reimbursement and funding policies relevant to the region.
Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills, with the ability to operate in a matrix environment.
Recognized expertise in public affairs, government affairs, and market access, with a strong network among government officials and payers.
Strong business acumen, sense of urgency, and ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
