SLC Management offers a mix of in-office and virtual work where our employees are empowered to do their best. Generally, employees are expected to work three or more days in-office each week with flexibility depending on their business, client and team needs.

Note: This is a 12-month contract oppurtunity.

WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU:

The Senior Director, Investment Operations will play a critical role in supporting the E! to PAM transition project within Trade Operations at SLC Management. This position will assist in executing key initiatives to consolidate the administration of Private Fixed Income (PFI) investments from the Enterprise (E!) system to PAM by summer 2026. The role demands a leader who can drive integrated workstreams across multiple geographies while influencing key stakeholders and supporting a strong control environment across Trade Operations processes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Support project management and coordination of cross-functional teams to execute the E! to PAM transition

  • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements within Trade Operations

  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the organization to facilitate communication and drive change

  • Support the integration of data and processes from Enterprise to PAM, including Aladdin and eFront integration

  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with the system transition

  • Develop and implementing training and change management strategies

  • Support cost savings through process efficiencies and system consolidation

  • Resolve key impediments identified in the transition strategy

  • Support the implementation of technology enhancements

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • 15+ years of experience in operations, investments, or finance leadership roles

  • Strong project management skills with ability to drive complex, multi-faceted initiatives

  • Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling

  • Experience with investment management systems, preferably Aladdin and PAM

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically

  • Strong presence with proven ability to effectively interact with all levels of leadership

  • Organizational savvy and ability to navigate and lead cross-functionally within a complex and matrixed organization

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Professional accounting/finance designation (CPA/CFA)

  • Experience with system integration projects in the investment management industry

  • Knowledge of private fixed income and related operational processes

Salary Range

110,000/110 000 - 180,000/180 000
