We’re seeking a Senior Director, HR Business Partner to shape our global Aircraft talent strategy and drive the execution of people solutions that enable business growth. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the SVP, Aircraft, lead a growing team of global HR Business Partners, and directly guide functional and regional HR leaders through a period of growth and organizational transformation. 
 
The ideal candidate is a strategic and operationally savvy leader who thinks globally, influences with credibility, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You know how to simplify in the face of complexity and build systems that scale. You are purpose-driven, resourceful, and grounded in a pragmatic approach to problem-solving. 
In this role, you will collaborate across the People Experience organization to support both functional and regional business needs. You’ll help shape a culture that attracts, develops, and empowers exceptional talent—enabling teams to make meaningful impact every day. 
 
This role is based in Frisco, TX.
