Background: Health Answers by Pfizer, is a new consumer health & wellness digital product developed in support of our Purpose Blueprint Big Idea 3.1, placing health information at people’s fingertips. Health Answers by Pfizer is powered by generative AI and provides up to date, relevant answers to any health & wellness question. It summarizes information from trusted and credible organizations that have high standards for maintaining a science-based approach and editorial independence. Consumers can ask any health or wellness question and get a clear answer. They can ask follow-up questions or choose from suggested ones, and it will retain the context of their prior question. If they want to dive deeper on a particular topic, they can scroll down for relevant articles, videos, and things to try at home. They can also easily connect with an expert when needed.
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Technical Director to join our Health Answers by Pfizer team. This role will be the tech lead on Health Answers by Pfizer. This person will work directly with the VP of Technology on Health Answers by Pfizer, the solution delivery leads and the delivery teams to architect new features, update existing features, choose technology strategies and bring innovative thinking and approaches. Must be at the forefront of Generative AI and software development.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $204,700.00 to $341,100.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 22.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
