Job Description Summary:

This unique role within the Cross-Enterprise Procurement Group (CEPG) ensures all deliverables from a procurement perspective for the System World Without Waste and Climate goals are met. This will require coordination skills across various internal and external stakeholders including CEPG Bottler, Global TI&SC (Technical, Innovation and Supply Chain), Global PACS (Public Affairs, Communications and Sustainability), Operating Unit (OU) TI&SC and OU PACS and Suppliers. CEPG is part of Global Procurement & Supply Chain Services within Platform Services, the global business shared services organization within The Coca-Cola Company. The role reports to the President of CEPG.

What You’ll Do For Us

This leadership role acts as the primarily link managing relationships between key internal and external stakeholders encompassing Bottlers, Technical (TSC&I), Public Policy (PACS), Regulatory, Supply Quality. Develop and execute aligned global TCCS Sustainability goals associated to World Without Waste and Climate. Including:

· Develop the appropriate operating framework of sustainable procurement practices that ensure company sustainability goals are achieved through the category teams’ strategies and supplier engagement

· Ensure World Without Waste reporting cadences at met and support publication of Annual Sustainability Reports and external commitments

· Support the assessment and identification of suitable platform(s) to meet TCCS sustainability reporting and ensure fit for purpose for CEPG Bottlers including CDP and Ecovadis

· Provide leadership and inputs as needed towards external NGO positioning, legal and regulatory guidance associated to procurement impact linked to policy development associated to sustainability goals

· Provide cross category Best Practices associated to Climate / Scope 3 supplier engagement frameworks, including external learnings from associated Industry Peer Groups

· Promote rPET production capability with suppliers

· Set up templates for other packages based on PET efforts

· The position will also help coordinate World Without Waste sustainability efforts on other packages as required (metal, glass, closures, labels, etc.) and coordination of those efforts is expected

Qualification & Requirements

· University degree, MBA preferred

· 10+ years procurement experience

· Coca-Cola System experience preferred

· Passion for sustainability

· PET and/or other packaging expertise beneficial

· FMCG experience beneficial

· The candidate should be able to adapt to the “whitespace” environment for this role given the varying types of business issues and requirements that are continuing to evolve in this area to solve and demonstrate ability to bring structured thinking

· Extensive Relationship / Stakeholder management skills

· Proven communicator - succinct and concise communication (verbal and written) including executive reports with senior stakeholders

· Maintain high levels of accountability, independence, and objectivity while being able to problem solve and align key stakeholders

· Build and develop relationships with peers and others to exchange feedback on product/service issues, identify and/or solve problems, assess needs, and/or achieve business results

Pay Range:

$162,000 - $188,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
