  • Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning (LRP) for the global merchandising business
  • Deliver variance analysis with clear insights on performance, risks, and opportunities
  • Build and maintain P&L visibility across artists, tours, and channels, including key KPIs such as revenue per head, margins, inventory turns, and sell-through
  • Be responsible for cash flow forecasting and support financial planning processes
  • Drive tour profitability through analysis of per-head metrics, venue commissions, and cost structures
  • Analyze e-commerce and DTC performance (conversion, AOV, marketing ROI) to support digital growth
  • Evaluate global demand trends and product-level margins to advise merchandising and supply chain strategies
  • Partner with Accounting and Shared Services to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP
  • Support monthly close processes and maintain a strong financial control environment
  • Ensure the integrity of revenue recognition and reporting across multiple business models
  • Drive automation and scalable reporting solutions across finance and operations
  • Improve data flow, reporting accuracy, and decision-making capabilities
  • Support system enhancements and finance transformation initiatives
  • Lead and develop a high-performing merchandising finance team
  • Develop cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Commercial teams
  • Establish clear processes, accountability, and ways of working to support growth

About you:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, or Accounting
  • Experience supporting merchandising, e-commerce, retail, or similarly complex, multi-channel businesses
  • Strong financial modeling expertise, including IRR/NPV/ROI analysis and investment decision support
  • Experience leading and developing teams
  • Strong understanding of P&L management, forecasting, and financial operations

We’d love it if you also had:

  • Background in music, live events, merchandising, or direct-to-consumer businesses
  • Experience working across international markets
  • CPA or equivalent certification
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and financial reporting tools
  • Exposure to operational improvement or finance transformation initiatives

Key attributes:

  • Strategic and commercially minded with strong operational focus
  • Collaborative and able to build credibility across diverse partners
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and hands-on
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
