ROLE SUMMARY
Biosimilars promise to deliver quality essential medicines with significant cost savings for health care systems and patients. Pfizer currently has the industry’s broadest portfolio of oncology biosimilars. The competitive environment is crowded, and excess price erosion is a risk. Global and local teams have limited resources and need agile processes to compete for business while retaining profitability. The primary responsibility of the Secondee is to support the global price and access execution for this portfolio. An important part of this assignment is to streamline key processes and optimize organizational efficiency.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieving the above will require leadership and/or participation in cross functional teams. The position requires close collaboration with colleagues including HVE, commercial, PGS, Pricing Dynamics, Finance, Medical, ICO, and the International Commercial Execution team. The Secondee will report to the Team Lead for Oncology Supportive Care and Biosimilars.
