Job Description Summary:
What You’ll Do for Us:
- Lead the Financial Planning & Analysis process for total Corporate Marketing ~ $800million of DME spend
- Lead the Financial Planning & Analysis process for total Global Category P&Ls, supporting the Global Category Presidents’ performance routines
- Manage Total Company DME Charges with all OU/Corporate Functions stakeholders.
- Actively involved in Actual (monthly & quarterly) closing and forecast (Rolling Estimate & Business Plan) processes, leading a team running reports, data migrations and reconciliation between Systems.
- Support Corporate Marketing and Global Category teams with converting data into information and information into actionable insights and calculation risk and opportunities.
- Support DME budget management with media agency
- Lead a team of 3 KO associates and 5 Genpact associates.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 10-15 years of finance experience in FP&A, financial reporting along with thorough understanding of KO financials with understanding of system financials
- Experience in FP&A work involving influencing, communicating effectively, and managing the business needs across a varied group of business stakeholders.
- Experience in other business functions and field operation will be a plus.
- Experience in leading a team for a minimum of 3–5 years, ideally in a virtual or remote environment would be a plus
- Ability to understand and manage risk
- Experience in a multinational company with a global footprint.
- Strong demonstration of business acumen, financial competency, global mindset, effective communication, operational excellence, systems proficiency, change adaptability, flexibility, being able to operate in ambiguous situations, business partnership and collaboration, and innovation
- The role needs to communicate with internal stakeholders to find the right reporting structure giving the optimum granularity in the most efficient format/visual with strong stakeholder management skills with external parties (i.e., contractors).

Pay Range:
$180,000 - $203,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
