Job Description Summary:

The Senior Director of the Digital Acceleration Office (DAO) supports the delivery of Coca-Cola North America’s digital transformation agenda. This role leads the coordination and execution of key digital initiatives, enabling modernization across functions and bottling partners. The Senior Director partners with the Product & Platform teams, Finance & Supply Chain, and Digital & Technology Services (DTS) to accelerate digital capabilities, enhance efficiency, and build readiness for the next generation of business systems and tools.

What You'll Do for Us

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the digital strategy and roadmap for the North America Operating Unit (NAOU) and NAS, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and the 2035 vision.

  • Lead the NAOU Digital Acceleration Office, managing governance, coordination, and performance tracking across major initiatives.

  • Coordinate digital submissions and integration with all NAOU functions, DTS and global experience teams.

  • Serve as NAOU’s key point of contact for cross-functional digital delivery and governance routines.

  • Drive continuous improvement across digital projects and teams.

  • Identify digital pain points and improvement opportunities, providing recommendations and partnering to implement solutions.

  • Support the ongoing “NAOU Modernization” program, ensuring change management, adoption, and delivery milestones are met.

  • Foster partnerships and communication with key stakeholders, including bottlers, OU teams, and global digital counterparts.

Organizational Impact:

  • Accountable for the execution of NAOU digital programs and initiatives within established strategy and budget parameters, ensuring continuous re-prioritization of work to focus on highest value and impact.

  • Provides strategic recommendations and ensures operational follow-through on approved plans.

  • Problems faced are complex but typically defined, requiring collaboration across functions and some influence across OUs.

Decision Authority:

  • Leads execution and delivery within defined program scope and budget.

  • Recommends solutions and prioritization to senior leaders; decisions typically reviewed or ratified by VP or OU Leadership

Financial Scope:

  • Supports prioritization and reconciliation of NAOU’s digital investment submissions to global and platform councils.

  • Manages digital spend, coordinating with product and functional teams to ensure on-budget delivery and re-prioritization of resources as required throughout the year.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Provides leadership across virtual and cross-functional teams.

What You'll Need

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Experience: 8–10 years in digital transformation, IT, or consulting; experience with large-scale program delivery preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong program management and delivery discipline

  • Experience managing large budgets supporting cross-functional execution

  • Ability to translate strategy into execution

  • Stakeholder and vendor management

  • Familiarity with Agile delivery models

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Change management and cross-functional collaboration

$210,000 - $237,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
