Job Description
The Senior Director of Commercial Banking Performance Management will serve as a strategic financial leader, acting as the primary financial advisor and performance steward for key pillars within Commercial Banking. This role will lead financial planning, performance management, and strategic transformation initiatives for RBC’s Commercial Bank, collaborating closely with business leaders to shape financial strategies, optimize performance, and drive change in support of growth and operational excellence.
A critical aspect of this role is leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making, identify trends, and unlock insights that drive financial and operational improvements. The incumbent will champion using data and analytics to drive portfolio insights at the client, segment and product level, enhance forecasting accuracy, and identify opportunities for efficiency and growth.
The ideal candidate is a high-energy, self-motivated leader who thrives in collaborative environments, leveraging strong interpersonal skills to influence senior stakeholders and drive optimal decision-making aligned with organizational goals.
