Solutions for Enterprise Imaging (SEI) is looking for a dynamic health informatics clinical applications professional to lead a team of radiology, cardiology, and digital pathology enterprise imaging specialists to deliver and optimize workflows across our US and Canada customers. This leadership role, reporting into the VP of Services, is key to the overall customer experience from pre-sales assessment through solutions design, planning, successful implementation and adoption of on-premises and cloud solutions delivering enhanced clinical outcomes and efficiency to our customers, and their patients.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead team, with visible customer engagement, to analyze, design, configure, and optimize clinical workflows within Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS), Radiology Information Systems (RIS), and Cardiology Information Systems (CVIS) to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Provide strategic leadership, foster professional growth, drive high performance and development standards, while managing resource allocation, scheduling and delivery oversight to achieve KPIs.
- Create, maintain and assume accountability for a culture of high customer service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across the business to ensure organizational training and readiness, refine deployment strategies, promote knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Drive post-implementation adoption and improved clinical outcomes; apply lean methodologies to enhance operational productivity and drive continuous improvement.
- Regularly report on operations; deliver engaging, informative and well-organized presentations, as needed, to internal and external stakeholders.
- Seek to become a trusted advisor to our customers, across their enterprise imaging ecosystem.
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in healthcare informatics, radiology, cardiology, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant customer-facing experience in healthcare IT, with a proven track record leading clinical consulting teams and engagements from inception through implementation and ongoing solution adoption, preferably in radiology and/or cardiology.
- Track record of building and leading high-performing, multi-cultural, global delivery teams.
- Experience understanding, tracking, reporting and managing key financial and operational metrics for enterprise software professional services engagements.
- Planning, prioritizing, reporting, problem solving and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, executive-level presentation experience.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
- Attention to detail and a concern for quality.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $164,000.00-$246,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
