Senior Director, Client Service

AT&T specific role - will be 100% dedicated to the client
An experienced, trusted adviser to Kantar’s clients and people with inherent understanding of brand research and its purpose within a broader ecosystem. Is responsible for revenue targets that will build to a team’s book of business. Will actively contribute to building Kantar’s network of brand experts who deliver quality data and insights to their clients.
Commercial accountability
• Responsible for profitable delivery of Brand Performance work for ~5-6M revenue for AT&T client
• Leads Brand Performance new business opportunities to maintain and grow AT&T account
• Ensures Purposeful Collaboration across solutions
• Knowledge of commercial priorities for the business/portfolio and understanding how actions contribute to business outcomes
• Supports in driving commercial agenda/goals for portfolio revenue
Client accountability
• Leads large, complex programs; both overseeing programs and involved in day to day of projects (for largest, most strategic, complex, high demand work)
• Provides guidance to team and contributes to expertise, thought leadership, design, storytelling, and client management of accounts.
• Consults on research design (survey, sample, specs, deliverables)
• Responsible for delivering on client servicing values and driving client satisfaction
• Accountable for profitability
• Is able to own or develop relationships with clients
• Serves as an escalation lever on accounts within portfolio (for downline) as needed
People accountability
• May manage 2-3. Accountable for managing their down-line to best meet utilization targets and Brand Performance goals.
• Provides active feedback to account teams and downline and coaches to address performance gaps.
• Responsible for resourcing account teams (for Brand Performance projects) and flexing across other teams as needed to best meet client needs.
• Contributes to strategic priorities (Blueprint, +1/cross-sell strategy, SPARK), manages Brand Performance training needs (with other leads).
• Responsible for employee engagement and contributes to building Brand Performance team culture
• Acts as a positive role model, leading by example and encouraging team to drive toward organizational goals in an effective way

The salary range for this role is $97,400 - $162,300 USD Annual. Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
