This role is a unique opportunity to shape how our clients navigate the complexities of enterprise-wide transformation driven by Generative AI. You will be responsible for building a practice that goes beyond simple adoption, focusing on activating and scaling our Change Management services to foster deep organizational alignment and strategic thinking. You will lead the charge in helping our clients "play bigger," turning esoteric challenges into actionable strategies that drive tangible business outcomes. This role is responsible for all aspects of the practice, including people management, developing a world-class delivery playbook, and allocating your team to high-impact projects.
