As a Senior Director Business Data Governance & Platforms within Data Analytics and Reporting function, you will become a critical change agent to drive our data foundations and enable our data transformation journey.
You will be responsible for leading the Finance data governance processes, ensuring the correct roles, policies, quality standards and technology. The role will partner closely with the process transformation leads, business partners, DTS teams, and end users to improve the quality and value of core Finance metrics and data assets, evolving our data platforms and infrastructure, while enabling AI capabilities and automation.
The role sits within the Data, Analytics and Reporting (DAR) COE and will have direct reports responsible for governing, standardizing, and continuously improving Finance data products in close partnership with IT and business stakeholders.

What You’ll Do for Us
Develop and Maintain Industry-Leading Finance Data Governance
• Define and evolve governance standards, policies, and ways of working for Finance data products.
• Establish clear roles, stewardship, and accountability for Finance data domains and products.
• Ensure governance balances business agility with control, privacy, and compliance
Lead Finance Data Platforms & Capabilities
• Own and evolve the 360 Performance Backbone as a global Finance performance management product.
• Define product roadmap, prioritization, and ownership with global and local stakeholders.
• Ensure dashboards and semantic models are trusted, reusable, and performance ready.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities across Finance data products
• Enable automated data quality monitoring and anomaly detection.
Improve Finance Data Quality & Completeness
• Lead data quality, data completeness, and process improvement for key Finance products.
• Identify root causes of quality issues and drive remediation with business and IT teams.
• Define standards, business rules, and controls with business and technical domain owners.
• Regularly communicate data quality status and risks.
Provide Finance Domain Leadership
• Provide functional leadership for Finance data products.
• Ensure consistent definitions and calculations across Finance metrics.
• Implement effective communication routines to update key stakeholders and senior management.
Build and Scale the Team
• Build and develop a high-performing team focused on Finance data products and governance.
• Establish clear roles, ownership, and ways of working.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualification & Requirements
• University Degree (Master or MBA ideally) or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in data governance, data analytics or similar roles.
• Proven track record of driving data-centric initiatives and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Solid business understanding of The Coca-Cola System and our partners.
• Communication skills and ability to bridge technical language with business needs.
• Demonstrated executive engagement and presentation skills.

$180,000 - $203,000Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
