Job Description Summary:
The Senior Director, Business Analyst Lead oversees a team of business analysts responsible for delivering insights and solutions that enable smarter decisions across the North America Operating Unit (NAOU). This role ensures that business needs are translated into actionable requirements and that digital and data initiatives drive measurable impact across Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, FSOP and Retail. The position partners closely with functional leaders and DTS to align priorities and embed analytics into everyday workflows.
What You'll Do for Us
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Development:
Lead and mentor a team of business analysts supporting multiple functions across NAOU.
Build capabilities in requirements gathering, process mapping, and business case development.
2. Business Partnership & Requirements Management:
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and digital/data teams.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technology and analytics solutions.
3. Solution Delivery & Adoption:
Ensure solutions meet business objectives and drive adoption across functions.
Partner with DTS and product teams to prioritize enhancements and resolve issues.
4. Insights & Process Optimization:
Identify opportunities to improve processes and decision-making through data-driven insights.
Support initiatives that embed analytics into operational workflows.
5. Governance & Alignment:
Maintain alignment with enterprise standards for data, security, and compliance.
Ensure consistent documentation and communication of requirements and outcomes.
What You'll Need
Qualifications
10+ years in business analysis, digital transformation, or related roles.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree preferred
Proven experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
Strong ability to translate business needs into technical and analytical requirements.
Deep understanding of Route to Market (RTM) strategies, commercial planning, and execution, with a strong focus on digital solutions.
Understand operations and Finance metrics
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and digital tools.

Pay Range:
$169,000 - $196,000Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
30Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
