About the Role 

The Senior Director of B2B eCommerce leads the strategic evolution of the ResMed Online Store (ROS) — our digital commerce platform that connects healthcare providers, home medical equipment partners (HMEs), and sleep labs with ResMed’s product and service ecosystem. 

This role is pivotal in reimagining how we serve our B2B customers through digital-first experiences. You’ll define and deliver the vision for the next-generation ROS platform—shaping a scalable, intuitive, and data-driven eCommerce environment that streamlines workflows, enhances operational efficiency, and deepens customer loyalty. 

You’ll partner across technology, product, commercial, and customer experience teams to modernize how customers discover, order, track, and manage ResMed solutions online. Let’s Talk About Responsibilities 

Digital Strategy and Leadership 

  • Define the long-term vision and digital roadmap for ResMed’s B2B online store, aligning with global business and customer strategies. 
  • Lead modernization of the ROS platform to drive frictionless ordering, billing, and account management experiences. 
  • Champion innovation in digital commerce, introducing advanced capabilities such as predictive search, personalized dashboards, and automated workflow tools.
  • Translate evolving customer expectations and digital trends into actionable platform enhancements. 

Customer-Centric Product Leadership 

  • Own the end-to-end product experience for ROS, from discovery to delivery, ensuring the platform supports and scales with our customers’ operational needs. 
  • Collaborate with regional and functional leaders to ensure the platform reflects diverse market requirements while maintaining a unified global experience. 
  • Utilize customer data and analytics to continuously improve usability, efficiency, and engagement. 
  • Advocate for the voice of the customer in every product decision—especially HMEs, sleep labs, and diagnostic partners who depend on ROS daily. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Partner closely with Technology, UX, Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver best-in-class platform features and integration with ResMed’s broader ecosystem. 
  • Align with Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to digitize end-to-end processes such as billing, returns, RMAs, and warranty management.
  • Lead governance for platform prioritization, ensuring decisions balance innovation, stability, and scalability. 
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Enablement to optimize conversion, adoption, and customer self-service engagement. 

Change Leadership and Enablement 

  • Inspire a culture of digital-first thinking and continuous improvement across teams. 
  • Drive adoption of new digital tools and workflows through clear communication, training, and stakeholder engagement. 
  • Ensure internal readiness for platform releases, guiding change management and operational alignment. 
  • Partner with analytics and BI teams to measure platform success using KPIs tied to customer efficiency, satisfaction, and retention.

Skills and Experience 

  • Deep experience (10+ years) leading B2B eCommerce or digital platform transformation, ideally within healthcare, medtech, or complex enterprise environments. 
  • Proven track record in developing and scaling enterprise-grade online stores or portals, with a focus on workflow automation and user experience. 
  • Strong understanding of digital architecture, commerce platforms (e.g., SAP Commerce Cloud, Salesforce B2B), and API-driven ecosystems. 
  • Skilled in leveraging data and analytics to optimize digital performance, conversion, and engagement. 
  • Experienced in leading large cross-functional teams across product, engineering, UX, and commercial functions. 
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect customer experience, digital design, and operational efficiency.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

At Resmed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position in the United States is: $232,000 - $290,000 - $348,000 USD.
