Reporting To: APAC Regional Account Director – RTX
Business Line: Work Dynamics (Integrated Facilities Management)
The Indian Sub-Regional Lead for the RTX Account is responsible for the overall leadership, governance, financial performance, and client relationship management across all RTX sites in India. The role ensures operational excellence, delivery of contractual KPIs, financial discipline, risk management, and strategic alignment with both JLL and RTX regional objectives.
This role acts as the single point of accountability for India, leading cross-functional teams across Facilities Management, Projects, Engineering, Sustainability, and Workplace Experience.
Serve as the primary escalation point and trusted advisor to RTX India stakeholders.
Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and monthly governance meetings.
Ensure alignment between India operations and APAC regional strategy.
Proactively identify value-add opportunities and drive account growth initiatives.
Ensure delivery of all IFM services in line with contractual scope and SLAs.
Drive compliance with JLL operational standards, EHS, and risk frameworks.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and service transformation programs.
Oversee vendor performance and contract optimization.
Own India P&L performance including revenue, margin, and cost control.
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reviews.
Identify productivity savings and cost avoidance opportunities.
Ensure accurate financial reporting and governance compliance.
Lead and inspire a multi-site team across India.
Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and engagement.
Drive succession planning and talent development initiatives.
Ensure strong employee engagement and retention across sites.
Partner with JLL PDS teams to drive project pipeline.
Identify and convert additional scope opportunities.
Support bid management for renewals or scope expansion.
Ensure 100% statutory compliance across all India sites.
Lead crisis management and business continuity planning.
Drive strong audit outcomes (internal & client audits).
