In addition, they ensure experience framework adherence whilst delivering local experiences which reflect local complexity & nuances.
They are an invaluable resource to the client & agency teams by providing strategic guidance in fleshing out briefs, creative process and charter/toolkit development. They present to clients with authority, “front” meetings and take ownership of projects and their outcomes.
