About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to support the Account & Product Services (APS) product area within Transaction Processing. This role is central to delivering and evolving shared, business‑critical capabilities that power high‑volume customer and account transactions across digital, branch, ATM, and contact center channels. The APS product area enables scalable, resilient transaction processing services leveraged by numerous upstream and downstream applications across the enterprise.
This role will be instrumental in shaping feature delivery, prioritizing work that drives customer and business value, and ensuring strong alignment to enterprise standards for resiliency, operational readiness, and risk management. This position offers visibility across complex, cross‑functional initiatives and plays a critical role in advancing Transaction Processing’s strategy to modernize core services while maintaining high availability, regulatory rigor, and operational excellence

In this role, you will:
Partner closely with Technology, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to translate product strategy into disciplined execution across multiple scrum teams
Lead or contribute to a range of complex initiatives within the digital environment
Support large‑scale planning and execution of the digital strategy
Review and analyze complex digital disciplines—such as content strategy, customer experience, analytics and research, or product management—requiring nuanced evaluation of multiple variables
Independently identify, assess, and resolve complex issues
Lead teams to deliver project outcomes by applying a strong understanding of digital initiatives, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid‑level managers to resolve issues and achieve shared objectives
May lead projects or teams and provide guidance to junior staff on less complex digital initiatives
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent technical background
Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence across teams
Demonstrated experience prioritizing features and initiatives across business, technology, and user experience considerations
Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders and align partners around a clear product roadmap
Hands-on experience managing API‑driven and platform‑based products
Ability to dive deeply into complex product and technology issues to drive informed decisions
Experience driving innovation and modernization within the financial services industry
Job Expectations
Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
