About This Role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead complex initiatives within our Identity & Access Management (IAM) data ecosystem. This role is suited for a product professional who can operate comfortably at the intersection of product, technology, and data, contributing to large‑scale digital transformation efforts in a highly regulated environment.
This is not a purely business‑focused product role. The work requires meaningful collaboration with engineering, data, and security teams to deliver technically sound, scalable solutions.
Ideal candidates bring digital product management experience alongside a solid technical foundation in big data and data lake platforms.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
