Your Role
As a Senior Digital Media Consultant, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of video, social, and display campaigns. More importantly, you will bring direction and ownership to the practice. You will be a trusted advisor for clients and a steady source of guidance for mediors and juniors as they grow.
This role suits someone who enjoys being hands-on, but also stepping back to think bigger. You will help improve ways of working, identify new opportunities, and support the team in developing confidence and expertise.
What You Will Do
• Lead with expertise
Own the strategy and delivery of campaigns across YouTube (Google Ads and DV360), Meta, TikTok, and Programmatic Display, with a clear view of how channels contribute to full-funnel business growth.
• Be the client’s strategic partner
Translate business challenges into smart media strategies, surface new opportunities, and bring clarity to complex decisions.
• Shape and elevate the craft
Take ownership of topic areas within the discipline, such as social, video, display, or measurement, and help define best practices, playbooks, and new ways of working.
• Support team development
Guide mediors and juniors through coaching, reviewing work, and sharing expertise, while still allowing them to own their deliverables.
• Work cross-functionally
Collaborate closely with creatives, strategists, analytics teams, and client leads to deliver integrated work that performs.
• Keep learning
Stay sharp through dentsu learning programs, platform certifications, and knowledge-sharing across our EMEA network.
Your Profile
• 4 to 6 years of experience in digital media, ideally within an agency;
• Strong hands-on experience with paid social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), YouTube, and Display (DV360 and GDN);
• Confident using data to make decisions, with experience in Excel, dashboards, and performance frameworks;
• Strong communicator who can lead client discussions and manage multiple streams of work;
• Someone who enjoys helping others grow and raising the bar for the team;
• Fluent in English. Dutch is a strong advantage.
