Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with SAP S/4, including IS-OIL, TSW, SCSD, CPE, Contract Management, and Inventory Management
- 5+ years of experience with TriplePoint or similar CTRM/ETRM platforms
- University degree or diploma in Business Management, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong understanding of Hydrocarbon Trading, Marketing, and Logistics processes

Responsibilities:
- Provide systems and process support to Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office teams across the full deal lifecycle (trade entry, risk management, logistics, and inventory management)
- Act as the primary subject matter expert for SAP S/4 and TriplePoint systems
- Partner with cross-functional business teams, IT, and third-party vendors to prioritize and deliver system enhancements
- Support new business initiatives by ensuring systems and processes are properly designed and implemented
- Lead and support functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) for system enhancements and maintenance
- Monitor and report on system performance, user performance, and process KPIs
- Lead the investigation and resolution of process-related system issues and implement continuous improvement solutions
Location and other key details:
- You will work out of the Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 – 6th Ave S.W.
- Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with the potential for extended work hours based on business needs
- Our business professional roles follow internal compensation guidelines and the pay band will generally be based years of experience and scope of work
