You will be part of the Developer Velocity Squad within the Levi’s Shared Platform & Services Technology Organization—a team dedicated to accelerating software development speed and quality by eliminating bottlenecks, optimizing development tools and processes, and enhancing overall developer effectiveness and experience.

This role presents a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about improving Developer Velocity and advancing DevOps practices to address business challenges in innovative ways. You will play a key role in supporting Levi’s digital transformation journey.

As a member of the Developer Velocity Squad, you will join a growing team focused on enhancing the development experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for standardizing, implementing & maintaining the Enterprise DevOps Toolchain.
• Design and implement scalable service catalogs, DevOps automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines & workflows with advanced deployment strategies like blue-green and canary releases.
• Drive adoption of GitHub Copilot, GitHub Copilot Chat, Copilot CLI, and Custom Agents across engineering teams.
• Ensure the deployment framework is seamlessly integrated across all workstreams, adhering to standardized processes and best practices.
• Provide ongoing support for production and development environments within a dynamic ecosystem of integrated systems. lead knowledge-sharing initiatives and training on DevOps tools and practices.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and requirements related to DevOps technologies, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and accessibility for relevant stakeholders.
• Drive continuous measurement and improvement of developer productivity and experience through data-driven insights, tooling enhancements, and streamlined engineering workflows.

Requirements & Skills:

• Candidate should possess over 7+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, maintaining CI/CD Infrastructure & pipelines using tools such as GitHub, GitHub Actions, Harness, Jenkins etc.
• 5+ Experience in CI/CD Integration with code quality analysis & security tools to detect issues such as bugs, vulnerabilities, and code issues.
• 5+ years managing DevOps tools such as: IaaC(Terraform), Artifactory, Kubernetes, Docker Ansible etc.
• Deep understanding and exposure to use AI capabilities to make developers fast ,
• Extensive experience in architecting, deploying, and managing solutions on leading cloud platforms, including Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving abilities.  
• Strong communication, collaboration & leadership skills.
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile Practices & ITIL Frameworks.

Minimum Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in technology field

Technical Certifications highly preferred: DevOps tool certifications & Public Cloud Certification(s).
