About the Role 

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Developer to join our centralized Quality Engineering team and work with us to build and expand the capabilities of our testing platform. 
  

You Will:  

  • Architect, design and build comprehensive software solutions to automate a variety of testing methods (functional, non-functional - performance, security testing) at scale 

  • Lead the design and development of specialized testing frameworks and infrastructure that enable efficient, reliable, and maintainable automated testing across multiple product teams 

  • Create and extend software frameworks, tools, libraries that improve the speed, coverage and reliability of test execution, monitoring and reporting 

  • Learn and own tools, their integration, configuration and optimization to enable comprehensive quality coverage through static analysis, security scanning, code quality and license compliance 

  • Drive adoption and best practices for in-house developed and third party tools by partnering with development teams 

  • Partner with QE and dev teams and cross-functional stakeholders to understand testing challenges and deliver tailored automation solutions 

  • Mentor and guide Quality Engineers on best practices for test automation, code quality and framework usage. Develop, maintain and execute training on QE practices and tool usage. 

  • Review testing strategies, approaches, and test plans and provide insight to development teams 

  • Conduct thorough code reviews and actively participate in design discussions 

  • Drive continuous improvement of testing tools and infrastructure 
      

You Are: 

  • A strong software developer with deep expertise in test and quality engineering, testing methodologies, understand the full software development lifecycle and can write production-quality tools 

  • Experienced in designing and building large-scale test automation frameworks. You’ve tackled complex challenges in test infrastructure, test data management and test orchestration 

  • Proficient in modern programming languages and software engineering practices, and comfortable working across multiple technology stacks. Experience or strong aptitude with Python, Typescript, and/or Go is a plus. 

  • Understand how testing and quality assurance contribute to security and data integrity 

  • Excellent communicator who can translate technical complexity into clear explanations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders 

  • Enjoy collaborating within your own team and across other teams 

  • A system thinker who can see how testing tools and practices impact the broader engineering organization

  • Experience with or strong interest in AI/ML applications within software development and quality engineering, whether in intelligent test development, anomaly detection or smart reporting, is a strong plus. 

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment 

  • Proactive, detail-oriented and driven by impact
