Position Responsibilities
Partner with IT teams to design, test and implement QA strategies to support device setup, application installs and system updates.
Mentor team members, providing technical guidance and establishing best practices to ensure smooth operations and legendary service.
Own root cause analysis, using data to develop reports and deliver recommendations that resolve complex issues and drive desktop improvements.
Partner with IT Security teams to review processes and ensure they meet security standards and business requirements.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
5+ years in Software Design / Architecture with hands-on development experience.
Proficient with Windows, MacOS and IT management tools, including Intune, Jamf and MECM.
Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.
