Within the Rakuten Group, the Golf Business is experiencing remarkable growth.
It's not merely limited to being one of Japan's largest golf course reservation services; it's also diversifying its operations to lead the golf industry.
We aim to create services that captivate many golfers across the entire golf ecosystem, including golf equipment e-commerce, lesson bookings, driving range searches, memberships, competitive events, and even golf course management consulting.
Furthermore, leveraging our extensive knowledge in reservation businesses, we also operate Rakuten Travel Camp.

Position Details

1. UI/UX Strategy and Design
- Identify UX challenges and propose improvements based on user research and data analysis.
- Design UI/UX through user flows, wireframes, and prototyping.
- Create testable and verifiable prototypes using tools like Figma.
- Handle all aspects of UI/UX design for feature improvements and new feature development.

2. Website and Application Design Production
- UI design for websites and applications, including golf course reservation services, e-commerce sites, lesson bookings, and member services.
- Design production for campaign pages, special feature pages, and landing pages.
- Design production for various promotional materials such as banners and email newsletters.
- Ensure high-quality and consistent visual design in accordance with brand guidelines.

3. Design Quality Management and Improvement
- Ensure design consistency and efficiency through the operation and improvement of design systems.
- Propose and implement regular UI/UX improvements for existing pages.
- Develop and update design guidelines.
- Manage quality through design reviews.

4. Coding and Implementation Collaboration
- Front-end implementation using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (or close collaboration with the implementation team).

5. Other
- Initiatives to improve production efficiency and quality using the latest technologies such as AI.
- Graphic design for printed materials (posters, flyers, etc.), logos, and icons.
- Management of production member progress and training (if management experience is possessed).

Mandatory Qualifications:

- Practical experience in UI/UX design.
- Over 5 years of practical experience in web design production.
- A person who can propose designs that include operations.
- Experience using production tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Ability to understand business acumen and propose strategic designs.
- A strong commitment to ensuring user experience and quality.
