• Collaborate effectively with global stakeholders, agencies, and internal teams to deliver campaigns on time and at scale.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Own end-to-end design execution, rollout, and delivery for assigned projects across Beyond ONE and Global.
• Design digital marketing assets including social media creatives, app and web banners, emailers, landing pages, and web assets.
• Design offline and trade assets such as POSM, in-store branding, packaging, posters, standees, and brochures.
• Ensure all artwork is production-ready, following print and digital specifications.
• Adapt global master concepts into market-ready executions across multiple brands and opcos.
• Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all markets, ensuring a consistent visual identity.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, strategy, and content teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Work with agencies on execution alignment, providing clear feedback and final sign-off on creative assets as required.
• Support global calendar campaign delivery, ensuring assets are ready on time for all markets.
• Review, quality-check, and finalise artwork prior to deployment or print.

Qualifications & Attributes

We’re seeking someone who embodies the following:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Experience:

• 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced marketing environment.
• Proven experience delivering both digital marketing assets and offline/trade materials.
• Demonstrated ownership of rollout and delivery under tight deadlines.

Technical Skills

Must-haves:

• Strong expertise in digital marketing design (social, display, web, performance assets).
• Solid understanding of offline, trade, and print production processes.
• Strong grasp of digital design fundamentals and best practices.
• Deep understanding of brand design systems and consistency.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
• Ability to prepare final, production-ready files for both print and digital platforms.

Nice-to-haves:

• Basic understanding of motion graphics or animation.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles.
• Experience working with global brands or regional market rollouts.
