Job Description Summary

As the Senior Design Manager for the Southeast Asia (ex. Singapore) Design & Workplace team you will lead the creative vision and execution of workplace design projects within an Interior Design & also the Design & Build delivery model. You will be responsible for driving design innovation, ensuring alignment with client objectives, and integrating design excellence with project delivery. This role combines strategic design leadership with business development, team mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration.

About the Role

  • Lead creative direction and design strategy for commercial office, retail, and fit-out projects.
  • Oversee concept development, space planning, and design detailing to ensure functionality and aesthetics.
  • Collaborate with project managers and construction teams for seamless design-to-delivery integration.
  • Drive innovation, sustainability, and user-centric design principles in all projects.
  • Act as primary creative liaison with clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand identity.

About You

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial interior design, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in both consultancy and design & build project delivery.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing commercial office fit-out projects and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite) and deep understanding of building codes and workplace trends.
