We are looking for a Senior Demand Lead who wants to play a strategic role in shaping demand and supply decisions, with real impact on business results and patient access across the market.
This role sits at the heart of the organization. You will lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process for key franchises, connecting Business, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance around one aligned plan and one trusted number. Your work will directly influence growth, availability, inventory health and financial performance.

What you will do
Own and lead the market-level IBP process end to end.
Drive cross-functional alignment, challenge assumptions and manage scenarios.
Translate business strategy into realistic demand and supply plans.
Improve forecast accuracy, inventory and service levels while managing risks.
Act as a key partner to local and global stakeholders.
What we are looking for
Solid experience in Demand Planning, IBP or Supply Chain (pharma or chemicals preferred; FMCG transferable).
Strong business and financial mindset, comfortable influencing without authority.
A proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in complex environments.
Fluent English and strong communication skills.
