The Regional Delivery Lead (RDL) strategically drives efficient program and project delivery within their assigned Professional Services region. This role demands leadership in strategic planning, comprehensive financial oversight, advanced operational support, and proactive personnel development. The RDL acts as a pivotal liaison, aligning regional teams with the PMO to execute strategic initiatives, maintain robust portfolio health, and enforce delivery best practices. This position requires a seasoned leader capable of expertly navigating complex projects, facilitating proactive escalation resolution, and cultivating a highly collaborative team environment, all while consistently focusing on driving revenue growth, ensuring profitability, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
Drive alignment between North America services delivery and other Red Hat stakeholders such as Account Executives, Territory Service Managers (TSMs), Solution Architects, Technical Account Managers and Customer success.
Analyze region’s market trends, evaluate competitive customer landscapes and surface unmet customer needs to drive the development of differentiated service offerings.
Facilitate proactive escalation resolution and issue management, while strengthening strategic partnerships and serving as a trusted advisor to prompt client loyalty, retention, and service expansion.
Coach and empower project managers through structured development, performance feedback, and skill-building programs; lead talent acquisition, enable succession planning, and champion a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
Advance operational excellence by implementing best practices, standardizing processes and leveraging technology to drive process improvement by optimizing resource allocation and ensuring efficient service delivery through robust PMO practices including project forecasting, capacity planning, utilization management, cross-functional alignment, managing revenue backlogs, and governance; oversee project health checks, risk reviews, change management and reporting while maintaining delivery tools for project setup, time tracking and operational compliance.
Drive end-to-end financial accountability across programs and projects, including revenue forecasting, margin management, and financial risk mitigation, to ensure profitability and sustained business growth.

What You Will Bring
Proven experience in leading complex project/program portfolios within a fast-paced technology or consulting environment.
Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives, aligning delivery execution with business objectives, and achieving revenue growth.
Experience analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to develop differentiated service offerings.
Significant experience in proactive escalation resolution, issue management, and building strong client relationships to foster loyalty and retention.
Seasoned leadership skills with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing project management teams, including talent acquisition and succession planning.
Deep understanding of operational excellence principles and experience in implementing best practices, standardizing processes, and leveraging technology to drive process improvement and efficiency.
Robust financial acumen with experience in end-to-end financial accountability, revenue forecasting, margin management, and financial risk mitigation.
Knowledge in project/program management methodologies, best practices, and professional services automation (PSA) tools like Salesforce.
Strong capability in resource management, capacity planning, and project health checks, risk reviews, change management, and reporting.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams at all levels.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field; PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
In-depth knowledge of Red Hat technologies and services is a significant advantage.
Pay Transparency
Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
