About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join the Consumer Model Development Center within the Digital, Data & AI team. This role focuses on building and deploying end‑to‑end modeling solutions that enable optimal data‑driven digital experiences at enterprise scale.
As a Senior Data Scientist, you will apply statistical theory, modeling techniques, and machine learning expertise to design, implement, and document complex analytical solutions. You will work closely with cross‑functional partners to influence strategy, contribute to forecasting and behavioral prediction models, and ensure analytical rigor in model development. This position requires strong quantitative acumen, hands‑on production modeling and machine learning experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
In this role, you will:
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Quantitative Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Master's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, statistics, engineering, physics, economics, or computer science
