The Tel Aviv site leverages AI, ML, research, and data science to deliver AI solutions for the entire enterprise that promote fast and optimal business decisions, while connecting the entire company’s data. Our site consists of a superb group of data scientists, data engineers, software developers, product managers, and designers working to collectively transform real estate.
Our recently refurbished offices are in Tel Aviv and we employ a hybrid-work-from home model.
We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our Enterprise Data Science Group.

Some examples include agentic workflows, LLMs for extracting insights from textual data, RAGs, marketing recommender systems, time-series models, entity resolution, and more.
We are a medium-size team (approx. 20 people) where people have great relationships, working collectively and with colleagues abroad to impact a multi-billion dollar business.
Work alongside amazing talent with the opportunity to broaden your horizons in data science, GenAI, ML, agentic workflows, LLMs, cloud technology stacks, communication skills, and leadership.
On a typical day, you will:
Work on the full ML and GenAI lifecycle including data processing, exploratory data analysis, benchmark creation, feature engineering, diverse LLMs and agents, modeling/fine-tuning, evaluation, and more.
Implement and maintain data, ML, and agentic pipelines, ensuring reliable model deployment and continuous monitoring.
Collaborate closely with talented colleagues including DSs, engineers, and product.
Grow your skill set in workflow automation, predictive modeling, and use of unstructured and structured data.
We are looking for:
3+ years of industry experience
Significant hands-on experience with ML and the GenAI stack
Knowledge of the machine learning cycle (EDA, feature engineering, modeling, evaluation, etc.)
Strong coding skills in Python and SQL
Experience with data and ml frameworks. Examples include sklearn, plotting libraries, spark, etc.
Experience with AI/ML in cloud production environments (AWS, GCP, Databricks, Azure, etc.)
Excited to work as a team member with data scientists and engineers
BSc degree (MSc advantage) in computer science, mathematics, or other STEM fields
