About the role:
As Senior Data Scientist, you will own end-to-end data workflows and build ML pipelines for analytics and predictive modeling. You will partner with stakeholders to refine questions, apply advanced statistical and ML techniques and communicate insights that inspire action

What you'll do:

  • build and own end-to-end data-driven workflows for product and business growth

  • produce concise, high-impact analyses of product usage patterns on demand

  • apply advanced statistical and ML models to retention curves, user lifecycle metrics, and product usage data

  • identify meaningful user segments and uncover hidden behavioral patterns that impact engagement and churn

  • partner with product, engineering and business teams to define questions and guide decisions

  • advise on experimentation design (sample sizes, statistical significance) to validate retention hypotheses and feature impact

  • translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive measurable impact

  • create impactful reports, dashboards and visualizations that highlight what matters most

What you bring:

  • advanced modeling expertise (statistical methods, ML algorithms)

  • strong SQL and Python skills

  • solid understanding of data engineering principles and pipeline design

  • hands-on experience with major Python libraries such as pandas, numpy, matplotlib, seaborn for data manipulation and visualization

  • experience with retention analytics, user segmentation and lifecycle modeling is a strong plus

  • experience with DBT, Databricks and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus

  • excellent communication and storytelling with data

  • ability to work autonomously and influence decisions

  • ability to translate retention insights into practical product improvements (e.g., onboarding flows, engagement strategies)
