Senior Data Operations Manager - GOSC
We invite you to join our Global Operations Services Centers, part of Biopharma Operations Global Service Delivery Solutions which delivers services globally from centralized locations such as Pfizer Turkey.
We will hire a Senior Data Operations Manager who will be accountable for the delivery of all data processes in scope of the Global Operations Services Centers, as well as acting as a Service Vertical SME and Point of Contact for the Global Operations Services Centers. The processes in scope support commercial and marketing back-office activities such as sales and activity reporting, sales force enablement, e-permissions and incentive calculation. The Senior Data Operations Managers will be accountable for one or more service verticals, demonstrate expertise on E2E services, drive process excellence and transition initiatives, working with peers across the team, team leads and in collaboration with service vertical teams.
We are looking for:
- Min 5 years of experience in service delivery, shared service delivery or sales operations
- Shows excellence in leading change and being an ambassador for simplification and continuous improvement
- Proven high quality delivery on assigned services
- Business acumen, full-service catalogue BaU know-how and good understanding of Biopharma Ops processes and Service Verticals scope and delivery models
- Strategic mindset and ability to identify and drive opportunities to optimize delivery and E2E processes
- Trusted partner for Biopharma Ops and service vertical colleagues
- Experience in managing cross functional initiatives
- Coordination and leadership competencies recognized by the team and Biopharma Ops colleagues
- Service oriented/Customer service mindset
- Excellent IT literacy/knowledge required (technology savvy)
- Experience in data stewardship, reporting and analytics delivery
- Preferable knowledge of commercial processes or business analytics processes (knowledge of data sets such as IMS, IQVIA OneKey, Internal sales, Field Force activity, etc.)
- Self-motivated

- Fluency in both written and verbal English is a must.
- Fluency in additional EU language (Spanish, German, French, Italian, Russian) preferred
You will be expected to:
- Exceed delivery with additional subject matter expert responsibilities across Global Operations:
- GOSC POC for Assigned Service Verticals
- Manage external Assigned Service Vertical stakeholders and vendors
- Provide guidance and expertise as a go-to person for Global Operations Services Center Team members
- Cooperate with Key stakeholders in global standardization, optimization and automation initiatives
- Drive, implement and fulfill process excellence and transition projects of in scope services
- Ensure desktop documentation is maintained up to date for data & transactional processes
- Act as a service vertical expert for in scope service vertical discussions/processes/issues with team leads and service vertical teams
- Responsible for transition of new services and geographical expansions.
- Share best practices across the Global Operations Services Center team
- Deliver data validation and stewardship for data sets in scope
- Deliver reporting and analytics to Biopharma Ops colleagues
- Propose and deliver solutions and ideas for any problems and issues faced
- Prioritize requests and manage workload according to plan
- Follow SLA & guidelines and timeline established for the team
- Ensure timely and successful delivery for both insourced and outsourced activity
- Assist with challenging market requests or issue escalations as needed
- Manage capacity and demand, in collaboration with team leads, highlighting risks and opportunities
- Engage with selected countries for all their in-scope services in collaboration with the Vendor Ops Manager
- Act as point of contact for vendor delivery, related to services in scope
- Ensure vendor KPIs are met, monitor and track worklog in the workflow management tool for services in scope
