Technology - Agile, Delivery, & ProductGroup Insurance is seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join the Customer Data Management Team as a Technical Systems Analyst. This will be a customer-facing role, yet requires technical and business expertise. The ability to perform a consultative role to partner with Operation to define solutions for Group Insurance customers and their Third-Party Administrators will be a critical component of this position.
What you'll do:
This position supports the installation Group Insurance customers The Analyst works closely with our customers and/or their Third-Party Administrators, and internal business partners including Implementation, Distribution and Operations to define and implement effective solutions.
Specific duties include:
Defining data requirements specific to the customers’ plan design, reviewing data requirements with the customer, offering alternatives for data concerns. Once the test files are received, the analyst conducts a thorough review and analysis to identify and communicate any issues and offer alternative solutions to support the administration needs of our customers.
Once the customer production file is received, the analyst will coordinate activities to complete the data load into the appropriate administration system. In addition, the Analyst solves complex problems and takes a broad perspective to identify solutions. Works independently, with guidance in only complex situations.
This position will also contribute on internal team projects and cross- functional initiatives. They will act as a subject matter expert for cross-functional inquiries.
