About the role:
8am is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to help design and scale the data platform that power analytics, product insights, and machine learning across the company. In this role, you will own key parts of our data architecture, build reliable data pipelines, and partner closely with product, engineering, and analytics teams to turn raw data into decision-driving insights. You’ll also help set engineering standards, mentor teammates, and drive momentum across the team by improving the way we build, review, and operate data systems.

The annual salary range for this position is $150,000 to $175,000. The salary range for performing this role outside of the US / Austin / California may differ. 8am is committed to offering competitive, fair and commensurate compensation and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and education.
