About the Role

At Monks, we help brands make smarter use of data to drive better decisions and better results. As a Senior Data Consultant you’ll help clients turn their data into action — leading projects that connect technology, marketing, and analytics. You’ll work with our global team to design and deliver practical data solutions that create real business impact. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution, knows how to organise work, and loves helping clients solve problems with data.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects that bring data, technology, and marketing together from defining what needs to be done to delivering the final solution.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable data plans.
  • Manage the delivery of analytics, MarTech, or cloud-based data projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly and meets expectations.
  • Ensure quality and consistency in the work delivered you take ownership, and make sure it’s done right.
  • Support client relationships, helping them understand what’s possible with data and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Share knowledge and mentor others, contributing to a positive, curious, and collaborative team culture.

 

About You

The essentials:

  • 5+ years of experience working with data, analytics, or marketing technology, ideally in an agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of tools and platforms such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, CDPs, CRM systems, Google Cloud, or AWS.
  • Comfortable managing projects, coordinating teams, and working directly with clients.
  • A mix of strategic and hands-on skills — you can plan, organise, and deliver.
  • Strong communicator who enjoys solving problems and working in cross-functional teams.
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to keep learning in a fast-changing environment.
