The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a Data Analyst to support an enterprise User Experience Management (UXM) initiative focused on delivering operational visibility through a centralized Data Integration Platform (DIP). This role supports enterprise-wide monitoring, analytics, and dashboarding by transforming multi-domain telemetry into quantitative operational metrics and actionable insights for Air Force IT operations.

The analyst will work onsite with engineering, cybersecurity, and operations teams to ingest, normalize, correlate, and visualize data across infrastructure, network, endpoint, and application domains.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and integrate data from enterprise monitoring tools into the DIP
  • Develop operational dashboards and KPI reporting (availability, performance, experience)
  • Perform data cleansing, normalization, correlation, and trend analysis
  • Support UXM use cases including root cause analysis, service health monitoring, and predictive insights
  • Produce analytical artifacts for leadership decision support
  • Collaborate with solution architects, platform engineers, and ISSOs to ensure data quality and compliance
  • Support Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) outputs, Minimum Viable Product (MVP) validation, and operational readiness reporting
  • Develop custom solutions for specialized mission sets based on customer needs and requirements.
  • Ability to innovate and stay up to date on cutting edge tools and technologies, creating new ways to protect data and communicate or secure information utilizing custom or open-source designs.
  • Ability to work with well-structured data. 

Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Active Secret Clearance (required)
  • 15+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience).
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in data analytics, operational analytics, or IT performance analysis
  • Experience working with:
    • Enterprise monitoring / observability platforms
    • Data integration pipelines (ETL/ELT)
    • Structured and unstructured datasets
    • Operational dashboards and reporting solutions
  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one analytics or visualization platform (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
  • Experience supporting DoD or federal IT environments preferred
  • 7+ years’ cumulative experience with customer interactions, including presenting, answering questions, proactively resolving issues.

Desired: 

  • 10+ years’ cumulative experience with customer interactions, including presenting, answering questions, proactively resolving issues.
  • Prior Air Force or DoD program experience
  • Familiarity with ITOM, or observability architectures
  • Experience supporting Data Integration Platforms or enterprise analytics ecosystems
  • Understanding of RMF-controlled environments
  • Exposure to log, metric, and experience telemetry sources

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$81,300 - $170,700
