Global Presales Operations, Tools and CX Leader

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Global Presales Operations organization within Telecom & Technology (T&T) at NCR Atleos. This role plays a critical part in enabling data‑driven decision making, tool automation, reporting, and process optimization for global presales and pricing teams.

The successful candidate will bring hands‑on technical expertise in Power Apps, Quick Base, and Power BI, combined with strong business acumen, to modernize presales tools, improve efficiency, and scale standardized processes across a fast‑paced global environment.

  • The role is office based in Belgrade, Serbia

Key Responsibilities

  • Tools Development & Automation:
    • Design, develop, and enhance presales and pricing tools to support quoting, approvals, workload management, and reporting
    • Own and extend Quick Base applications, including schema design, enhancements, data integrity, and user adoption
    • Build Power Apps (Canvas or Model‑Driven) to streamline presales workflows and improve user experience
    • Develop Power Automate workflows to reduce manual effort, integrate systems, and accelerate speed‑to‑quote
    • Act as a technical subject‑matter expert for presales tools, automation, and data flows

  • Data, Reporting & Insights:
  • Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide visibility into:
    • Presales pipeline and volumes
    • SLA and throughput performance
    • Pricing trends and operational metrics

  • Build and maintain data models that ensure accuracy, consistency, and scalability
  • Translate business and presales requirements into actionable insights and reporting
  • Provide analysis and recommendations to leadership to drive performance improvement

Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyse end‑to‑end presales and pricing workflows to identify opportunities for:
    • Standardization
    • Automation
    • Efficiency improvements
  • Partner with presales, pricing, sales, product, and operations teams to drive process alignment
  • Support governance, best practices, and consistent use of tools across regions
  • Document solutions, workflows, and processes to ensure sustainability and knowledge sharing

Stakeholder Collaboration & Support:

  • Work closely with Presales Managers, Pricing Analysts, Sales teams, and leadership to understand needs and pain points
  • Support users of presales tools through training, guidance, and issue resolution
  • Incorporate feedback into tool enhancements and roadmap prioritization
  • Contribute insights and recommendations on volume trends, SLAs, and process bottlenecks

Essential Criteria

  • 5+ years’ experience in data analysis, presales operations, pricing operations, or process improvement roles
  • Hands‑on expertise in Quick Base (application design, administration, enhancements)
  • Strong Power BI experience, including data modelling, dashboarding, and reporting
  • Hands‑on experience with Power Apps for business process solutions
  • Experience using Power Automate for workflow automation and integrations
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, global environment

Desirable / Nice to Have

  • Exposure to presales, quoting, or commercial/financial processes.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams.
