How you’ll be impactful:
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to deepen our understanding of marketing and retention performance across our brand portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, organic growth as well as experience analyzing customer retention and CRM initiatives. In this role, you will communicate insights to executive leadership and support marketing success by developing, maintaining, and interpreting critical Tableau reports that track key business metrics. Your analytical work will directly inform strategic decisions, shape marketing direction based on data driven insights and testing, and drive optimization of both acquisition and retention efforts.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead acquisition analysis of brand results relative to key metrics such as CAC, CLV, and ROAS, and create analyses to reveal interactive effects between brands and channels.
- Partner with Acquisition to surface insights and drive accountability and growth.
- Partner with Retention to improve activation of new customers and monetization of repeat customers.
- Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests,
using analytical and statistical approaches to continually improve results.
- Maintain dashboards that track KPI and provide insights into marketing effectiveness & ROI.
- Identify target audiences, develop marketing strategies, and optimize campaign tactics by proactively exploring available data to generate and advocate actionable insights that drive performance and value.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in analytics to recommend innovative approaches and solutions.
What you’ll need to be successful:
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing/Growth analytics, Performance marketing, and Retention/CRM.
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Exceptional skills in Google Sheets, Excel, Slides, PowerPoint, data extraction and analysis.
- Skilled in Tableau/Data visualization software. Familiarity with Python and/or R is a plus.
- Experience in funnel engagement analysis and multichannel campaign performance; familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel) is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience designing, executing, and interpreting A/B tests in acquisition or retention initiatives.
- Proven ability to independently frame business problems, extract insights from raw data, and drive projects from initiation to completion, even in ambiguous settings.
- Familiarity with various attribution models, and experience operating in a multiplatform, multibrand environment that includes cross-sell and up-sell strategies.
- Strong team player with a results-oriented approach and exceptional communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, including creating executive-level reports and presentations.
