Role Summary - Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst on the JAPAC Sales Strategy & Operations team, you will build and maintain the infrastructure that will accelerate growth in the region. Your work will bring rigor, direction, and momentum to how we operate in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver data-driven insights that help Sales and cross-functional teams make confident decisions
  • Build repeatable reporting, dashboards, and models that illuminate trends and performance drivers
  • Partner with leaders to monitor KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend clear actions
  • Translate raw data into compelling narratives that influence executive stakeholders
  • Diagnose root-cause issues and provide actionable recommendations to improve processes and outcomes
  • Support cross-functional programs, tools, and systems that strengthen operational efficiency and productivity
Required Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency with data and experience with data visualization tools (we use Looker)
  • High proficiency in Excel and comfort working with large, unstructured data sets
  • Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights and scalable reporting
  • Strong analytical, business consulting, organizational, and project management skills
  • Experience creating operating cadences or structured processes across multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced SaaS environment and collaborate with senior stakeholders
  • Skill in identifying the right metrics and analyses to drive measurable business impact
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Experience working in Sales Strategy, RevOps, or high-growth SaaS environments
  • Experience with using automation or AI to improve processes
  • Familiarity with forecasting models, experimentation, or predictive analytics
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems, ideally HubSpot
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a track record of building scalable solutions from scratch
