We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Product & Engineering Operations team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who excels at transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive business growth, enhance product performance, and improve marketing effectiveness. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Security, to build a data-driven approach that influences key business decisions.
Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze complex datasets from Product, Engineering, and Marketing to uncover trends, correlations, and opportunities for growth.
- Develop predictive models to anticipate product adoption, customer behavior, and operational inefficiencies.
- Provide actionable insights independently to improve product features, customer satisfaction, and marketing strategies.
Reporting, Visualization & Automation
- Build and maintain real-time dashboards and automated reports using tools like Power BI, Excel, and JIRA.
- Present findings through visually compelling reports and presentations that communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Automate data collection and reporting processes to minimize manual effort and enhance data accuracy.
Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Security teams to ensure alignment of metrics and reporting.
- Facilitate data-driven decision-making across teams, supporting strategic initiatives.
Continuous Improvement
- Work with the Operations team to identify gaps in data processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to developing data analytics best practices within the team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in Product, Engineering, or Marketing environments.
- Proven experience with statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and building dashboards.
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools.
- Experience with JIRA, Salesforce, and related systems.
- Strong knowledge of statistical models and techniques for analyzing data correlations and making predictions.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R is a plus.

- Ability to quickly understand domain-specific challenges and make meaningful insights.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Communication Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex findings to various stakeholders.
