  • Build and maintain operational runbooks, automation, and monitoring for CSP activities via Partner Center APIs and tools.

  • Provide technical insights to Finance for cost visibility and optimization but leave billing/reconciliation to Finance.

  • Support customer trust through incident handling, audit readiness, and compliance with Microsoft program requirements.

  • Ensure correct CPOR, DPOR, and PAL associations are set up for all client-facing environments, working closely with Armanino's Sales teams, internal Microsoft Program Manager and AI Practice lead to guarantee accurate partner attribution for Microsoft incentives and compliance.

  • Maintain leadership on Dynamics 365 & Power Platform ALM: solution control, environment strategy (dev/test/uat/prod/sandbox), wave planning, and Synapse Link/Fabric integration guardrails.

  • Align change management with business cadence and coach systems engineering on day-to-day execution.

  • Implement automation strategies to enhance efficiency across Dynamics products.

  • Manage the Cloud & AI Platform Engineer (prioritization, growth, and delivery outcomes).

  • Coach Systems Engineering on SOPs/runbooks, reliability engineering, and continuous improvement.

  • Lead operational reviews; set goals for deployment success rate, MTTR, and automation coverage.

  • Own the strategy and governance for all lab and development environments across Microsoft Cloud services, ensuring secure access, compliance with policies, and alignment to enterprise guardrails.

  • Implement controls for isolation, least-privilege, cost containment, and lifecycle management of non-production environments.
