Job Description

SCHEDULE
Full Time
This role focuses on designing, building, and evolving enterprise cybersecurity platforms and automation. It is best suited for engineers who enjoy system design, tooling ownership, and long‑term security capability development. This role is NOT a SOC analyst position.
As a Cybersecurity Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing, engineering, and evolving the security capabilities that protect our organization. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys owning platforms, improving security controls through automation, and partnering closely with architecture and infrastructure teams to make security effective, scalable, and resilient.
You’ll work on meaningful problems — strengthening detection and prevention, improving vulnerability management, responding to real-world incidents, and continuously raising the bar on how we protect systems and data.
What You’ll Do
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Engineer, implement, and manage cybersecurity platforms and integrations that deliver critical security controls and meaningfully reduce organizational risk.
- Partner closely with Cybersecurity Architecture to provide hands-on engineering expertise that translates architectural designs into practical, effective security implementations.
- Ensure the health, reliability, and effectiveness of security tooling by implementing monitoring, tuning performance, and proactively addressing issues.
- Design and maintain processes, procedures, and workflows that support consistent and scalable cybersecurity engineering practices.
- Provide subject matter expertise for change control, reviewing and approving changes to ensure security controls remain effective and aligned with standards.
- Contribute directly to the cybersecurity engineering roadmap, helping prioritize initiatives that align with business needs, operational realities, and long‑term security strategy.
- Strengthen vulnerability management capabilities by improving scanning, remediation workflows, integrations, and engineering-driven security controls.
- Support post-incident engineering improvements, including root cause analysis, system hardening, and identifying opportunities for automation and resilience.
